I spend my weeks commuting daily to and from London. SDN has the 'pleasure' of using South West Trains to complete much of my daily 4 hour commute. In the last 3 months I think I can count on a single hand the number of journey's that have either left of on time or arrived on time! After a particularly frustrating commute, I found myself with cause the draft the below rant to SWT. It seemed appropriate to share it as my first blog!

Dear so called South West Trains,
Please can you tell me why you bother with a timetable? You never run to it! You may as well scrap it and if I turn up and there's a train waiting, well that's a step up on now!
Maybe I offended you in someway and you're punishing me? Was the £6k I gave you at the start of the year not enough for you to have your trains leave and arrive at the right time?
How about you take some of my hard earned money and invest it in some new equipment so things don't break?!
Even when the equipment does work some how I end up behind 'a slow running preceding service' ! Service?! Don't make me laugh! I expect you'll charge me more next year for the same service?!
Your latest suggestion is that I follow you on Twitter?! How about I walk in front of the train and you follow me?! It'd be feckin quicker! And stop feckin' announcing 'Thank you for using South West Trains' I don't have a choice. You're the only feckers on the line!!
Get a grip and pull your finger out - run your damn trains on time!
